Transport Tycoon Deluxe and thus OpenTTD have randomly generated worlds and, as far as I can remember, some Simcity games have randomly generated worlds too.

Re: Procedurally/randomly generated worlds
Daggerfall's world was procedurally generated. That was how they were able to create such a huge world. Of course, a lot of the content feels very samey and some of the dungeons are buggy because of how the generator lays them out.

Warpath
I remember being addicted to this game back when it was still shareware. I got it off one of those free CDs containing hundreds of shareware games. The universe was randomly generated, but it's nothing special since the only thing that would differ is the position of the planets and their names.
Still, it's a lot of fun even if you learn how to beat the AIs by getting rid of their planets and making the rest their enemy (plague bombs are the shit).

^ Hell yes. Glad not everyone hates those games.
I know very little about roguelikes, so I looked up a few and found Shiren the wanderer on the Wii. Anyone try this?
A few more
Torneko: the last hope
Chocobo Dungeon
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon
