Hit-and-Run Victim Gets Hit, Then Ignored by Bystanders
hit and run
I think the worst part of the video was all the cars driving around him instead of stopping to attempt to help him. They could have stopped to avoid further collisions with the victim. All those cars that drove around him should be charged as well on the good samaritan law. Goes to show you what a ugly society we live these days, I fear the future of this world.

Damn straight! Grew up in Windsor and that whole state is freakin' weird bro.All Hail The New Flesh wrote:I live outside of Hartford, CT. It is true that the people there are just stupid, narrow-minded, assholes that only think for themselves.
I hate Hartford.
But I go with Mozgus on this... don't fucking touch me after I got hit. I probably don't fucking want you anywhere near me. Go fucking call the cops.
What I find absurd is:
A) two cars sped around the slowing down car
B) both cars didn't bother to stop and sped off very quickly. Following each other. I mean shit, even in the process of passing they did NOTHING, the first car kinda swerved, that was it.
C) The car that they passed around only stopped for like 10 seconds, hardly parking... he slowed down to parallel park, but never actually did it, notice how when he finally parks he's all the way at the end and not even in the spot. Then after only moments he backs up and speeds away as well.
Those three people are who I think are dousche bags.
I mean yeah, it's kinda conspiracy theorist, but shit... that looked intentional to me.
I'll just throw this out...don't touch me, but TALK to me. Make sure I'm not going into shock and yell at me so I don't go unconscious. Also, if I happen to be bleeding severely from a wound, it doesn't matter how bad my spine is snapped if I bleed out. At least check on me.
I understand their initial shock, and I'm glad they managed to call for help so quickly. I also understand their apprehension about damaging his spine, or worse, the possibility of getting infected with a blood-based pathogen if he's wounded. You have to be careful about these kinds of things. But there's almost always something you can do to help out, even if it's just making sure that he's not getting pegged by other vehicles.
