I'd never spend that much on any controller short of a quality arcade stick. I guess I don't understand the appeal, but apparently it's enough to incite insanity in certain circles (see above)
that... was actually really sad.

Yeah, this controller never made it to retail market, so good luck lol! a friend of mine has the prototype of this controller. Looks like the controller was elaborately packaged in some big zelda book. Lol! I miss nubytech stuff! So collector oriented and over the top. I only collected from their fighting genre catalog (KoF, SF, MK)

Well, what if it was a required peripheral (e.g. the Kinect)?

For the same reason that video pops up at the top of a Google search for "Nubytech Mega Man X" I assume.

I'm the same way. For that reason, all my extra controllers except one either came with the system when I got it, or they came from a thrift store.

Heh, i remember when N64 controllers were $30 brand new in 96/97, and SNES controllers could be had for $15-20, and GameCube WaveBirds were like $30-35, now PS3/X360 controllers are $55+ and im talking official, although i guess if you like 3rd party controllers...
