Looks like you can take that leather thing off, also its more of a show piece.

What i really want is that NubyTech Mega Man X GCN Controller, now i would actually use that, but as of now there is none on ebay/amazon, also it would probably fetch $70+

Yeah I've seen one of those, my local game store actually had one in at one point and were trying to sell it for something outrageous.

I'd never spend that much on any controller short of a quality arcade stick. I guess I don't understand the appeal, but apparently it's enough to incite insanity in certain circles (see above)

That said, I'm more or less in the same category. It's like those $200 FF-X2 pistols that are actually terrible as controllers.
