Ziggy's story
NY Giants haven't collapsed... yet.

USPS delivered the same confirmation card to my address three times this week.
Not only is it to the wrong person, to the wrong house number, on the wrong street, it's in the wrong ZIP code.

:?
..but in defence of the USPS, the writer who wrote the card has really screwed up handwriting. Except for that ZIP code part. That was clear as balls. (Thankfully, it's only an 8 block walk and the weather has been eerily Spring-like of late.)
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.

It's just already scary enough when priority mail is supposed to be "2-3 days" and their tracking really sucks so when 5 days have passed and there's no movement on the tracking I get all stressed and hope that my shit wasn't lost or something. I know that there's lots and lots of mail in the U.S. and I'm sure that some places in the country are a lot more busy than others and delivery time is not always (if ever) precise but damn, they could at least give you a little peace of mind by updating the shit whenever humanly possible.

Smiled - Finally found a Super Famicom game for sale that I had been looking for for years.
Ticked - Ask the seller if he could verify it was the right game, Ive been burned on it three times already. Turns out he has been playing the wrong mode in it and was going to sell it for cheap because he didnt like it. After playing the mode I want it for, he is most likely going to keep it. Just means a disappointed girlfriend for a little longer. I honestly cant be too upset, it is an excellent game and I hope he has fun with it.
Smiled - Through his for sale thread, I was reminded of a SFC game I had forgotten about - Gunman’s Proof.
Ticked - Found the title I wanted on a site Ive not heard of, Gamebaz, for more than double what I was going to pay for it.
Smiled - Atleast I finally found a (apparently reliable) place to buy said mystery game.

Has anyone dealt with Gamebaz before?

The way I find value of a Super Famicom cart - go to gamebaz, type in the SHVC #, divide that number by 4. That is what the game is worth on the open market. They are legit, but extremely overpriced. I have not bought in awhile (bought some controllers I couldn't find anywhere else at the time) - I would never buy their SFC games for the pricing reasons though.

What game are you looking for?

Yeah, I know they are super overpriced, but if you have ordered from them, they must be legit.

The game I want is Battle Jockey - it was a small released title in 94. It is a horse racing Mario Kart, moreso than Stakes Winner on the NeoGeo. The only one Ive seen pop up on Ebay in the last few years was priced at over $100 (0 bids). Gamebaz has one for $27 pre shipping ($40ish with). I just want the cart, I could care less about the box.

Its not like it is super rare, just a niche title that most people dont care about.

Well, i'll be honest - I consider my knowledge of SFC to be pretty decent...and i've never seen that box or game label before. I guess at a grand total of $40, that isn't horrid and obviously 0 hits on ebay / amazon, which means the odds of finding in the wild are pretty slim too.

Maybe post a WTB and if nothing hits or no leads, bite the bullet I guess.

Maybe he could care less about it, but doesn't? There are very many things I can care less about. I probably, for example, should care less about this post. Oops, too late. Now I couldn't care less.
