I've been playing the hell out of mine. It's a shame I have to keep the volume off though.

Nice review. Very odd about the screen and onboard controls when using AV out.

But ARGH, blowing in the carts at 7:12 and 10:00! :x Clean them properly and you won't have to do that.

I would agree, but the minor complaints begin to mount up and pretty soon what would be minor complaints in isolation become a major when you are deciding if the Supaboy is worth spending what Hyperkin is charging for it.

Yeah I agree the minor complaints (and the buzz being the one major) make me question the product a lot.
