I think most of the "Draggy" control affect are in older Space themed Vector Arcade games. Let go of the stick and the ship still has the forward momentum to simulate floating in outer space.

5200 Space Invaders might be one? The two speed affect the more the stick is pushed.

Yes, but as CRT stated, those games were an attempt to simulate the inertia brought on by less (or more) space gravity. Too bad it's a REAL pain in Solar Jetman -- such a great game affected by that.

In the hunt- Saturn
Deep blue- TG16

Both water-based..that would be a good way to hide draggy controls :)

The Irem game? Pretty sweet, in its arcade presentation.

From what I've heard, the Saturn localization of In the Hunt had a lot of issues. I did always want to try it.

Did it have slowdown issues?

Did you play the us release? Maybe the jp release was the messed up one? I'm honestly not sure.

I recently picked up In the Hunt for Saturn, but I've played the PS1 version more. Other than slowdown, I don't remember any floatyness.

I put an earlier tease about 5200 Space Invaders having a two speed maybe draggy controls. Just thought about one on the other end of the scale.

5200 Gorf - This has to win as the MOST RESPONSIVE CONTROL game. The ship corresponds to screen position based of the position of the Analog stick. :D

How bad is the slowdown in the ports? Which one would you say is superior?
