Here's the top.

And I don't give a hoot about sealed games, but if I can identify that it's a re-seal, I can haggle the guy down from 40.

With the funky bit up the back, looks like a reseal to me. Looks like it could be light burns on the shrink around the copyright blurb on the back. But factory seals shouldn't have any overcooked seams, and there shouldn't be one down the middle back.

The marking on the back of the plastic made me think twice. What throws me off is that aged price sticker. Looks real but I guess it could have been glued on. Why won't he show the bottom?

I've had some one at a game show claim a PS2 game was still sealed (it was a cheap worthless game so it wasn't too important to me) and I thought about it and bought it for a few bucks planning to open it anyways. I noticed later when I got it home that since it was sitting in the games with the bottom down that the bottom of the plastic had been cleanly cut down the center and slid off the game. So it was easy to just slide the plastic on and off and it would always look sealed.

I currently have it slid over Gitarooman, if you weren't paying attention you'd think it was sealed. Maybe I should put it over .Hack vol 4.

I'm no expert but that looks like a very ugly reseal to me.

We are certain that this is a factory seal. This game has been kept untouched since the 1990's with an aged price tag to show for it.
We have plenty of Sega games in stock and they are all sealed the same way.
However unfortunately the price can not be negotiable by much since we are the only ones on the web who are offering this particular game at such a price.
The lowest we can bring it to is $35.
Thank you for your time.

This search finds 2 complete ones for less than $20 shipped BiN, unless you're after a sealed one.

Not sealed, just mint.

Keeping my eye on this one, but it's probably not CiB.

What do you guys think about the seller's response? Seems like he puts a lot of emphasis on the sticker - drawing away attention from the shoddy seal job, it's a bit suspect.
