Granted, it's not the best looking cable in the world, but it supports Sega Master System, Genesis, and Atari controllers. It also says "Atari-style joysticks." Since the Sega Genesis and Atari 2600 use modified parallel ports, (IIRC, it might be serial ports.) I'm guessing it means any controller that uses a modified Parallel port.
Ive used raphnet a few times and I like the chips he makes. I had a N64/GC adapter I made with his board that worked great for about a year before it hit the bucket so beware. I just got a PS adapter from this place, http://www.ztnetstore.com/index.php . Shipping was fast and the items were inexpensive but well made. See if you can find your adapters there!

Thanks fellas, Ive been looking for an N64 to Gamecube adapter for hopeful future Goldeneye on the Wii and this raphnet seems to have them of decent quality. And ofcourse I know there will never be an official version but that is what Wii64 and/or injected N64 games are for.
