in all honesty, I'd say this -- if yr a fan of the Pocky & Rocky games, you'd like this. Imagine if Heavenly Guardian had been as good as you actually wanted it to be.

Yeah, lots of PS1 and PC Engine shoot 'em ups on the Japanese PSN. Not really much for any more than a handful that are actually on the PS3 in any format, aside from a few for download.

Although I'm disappointed on a lack of shmups on ps3, at least there is the 360 where shmup fans can play them.

I'll be picking it up for 360, since I would like all this generation's shmups on one console, but I may consider getting it for ps3 as well.
