I do. I just would kinda like it on SMS if possible. I should be able to get hard copies of all the other games I'm playing, so it'd be nice to get one of Ys aswell.

Fair enough. Being mastersystem-less I'll have to go the virtual console route. I know a lot of people complain about that being emulation but for some reason I tend to finish virtual console games that I barely get past the title screen on if I emulate it on PC. Must be the financial investment.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Me too. I'll be very happy with the TGCD version of the game on VC too if I get it I'm sure. I do prefer getting hard copies for together retro games in particular though, because I can sell them on and make my money back if I don't like the games at all. I'll be picking up hard copies of Golden Axe warrior, tony hawks 2, command and conquer, pokemon puzzle challenge and most of the rest (probably all of them but Wolfenstein). It might be kinda cool having all the TR games for next year sat together. I'm aiming to get them with christmas and birthday money well in advance so I don't have to sit out because I'm skint like some of this year.

that's usually what I do too -- try to buy all the TR games for the year right after Christmas.
