
The "correct" answer is 25% since there's four possible answers. However, since 25% is there twice, the correct answer is 50%. But you can't know that AND pick it at random, which is why it's funny.

The whole thing is a trick question. If you were to randomly pick 1 of 4 then you'd be right 25% of the time. But not only are there 2 answers that are 25%, if you actually pick an answer, then you haven't answered randomly.
