No shit sherlock. Video games have been completely digital for decades now. Video games haven't had analog components (except for audio/video output and controllers) since the fall of vector displays.

I can see TVs with built-in video game streaming in the style of OnLive. Maybe whatever company supplants OnLive will strike a deal with television manufacturers to stream games straight to your TV set for an ever-increasing subscription fee.
None of this will end console gaming. Video game consoles will continue for many years still.
