Any game that did or could exist in an arcade...

Shoot-em-ups, Fight-em-ups, Brawl-em-ups and Race-em-ups.

My favorites are flight action, racing (esp. kart/arcade), action adventure, rpg, and arcade sports (not sims).

Nintendo :P No, mainly platformers (2d and 3d), vertical shooters, racing, FPS's (but not frantic ones, think BF1942 rather than TF2) anything fun really! (how lame is that answer!)

I enjoy RPGs, 2D platformers, some 3D platformers, and a handful of shmups.

Lately it's been shmups and rpgs. Like run and guns (2d), racing kart types, music sometimes, 2d platformers.

Scale on One to Ten

Racing 10/10 (perferably arcade but im a sucker for Gran Turismo)
SHMUPS 9/10 (epsecially the old arcade ones like Galaga and Silpheed kindo style)
RPG's 4/10 (theres a very occasional one (oblivion im looking at you) that i like)
FPS's 2/10 (Call of Duty, some older ones like Quake, and thats about it)
RTS 10/10 (If only more were on consoles)
TBS 1/10 (hate turn based
Puzzle 8/10 (Love this genre COLUMNS IS WAY BETTER THAN TETRIS)

anything arcade

Sims 4/10 (The sims, sim city, and combat flight sim)
Older. Not wiser.
