I think for starters, we can say that the 3DO has no Region Protection and Copy Protection, so its easy to pirate games.

very easy, also it was supported largely by Electronic Arts and has what is widely viewed as the best versions of Road Rash, Madden NFL, and other EA games.
Older. Not wiser.
