Most disturbing/disgusting horror movie scenes

Both movies are not horror.

Last King of Scotland - Meat hook torture scene.
Sick - the life and death of bob flanagan - supermasochist (actually a documentary and all torture is real) - When he drives a nail through his penis and drips the blood on the camera lense.
Sick - the life and death of bob flanagan - supermasochist - Scene where they film the guy actually dying... and then his girlfriend showing the jar of mucus that came from his lungs.

First time I had seen a penis in a movie that was not a porno, and it gets chopped off and eaten.

That totally caught me off guard and made me LOL.

As shock site worthy as the penis scene or his death is... it's still a documentary about a man developing an affection to it's pain to survive, even if it involves every disgusting S&M kink that's ever existed. It's basically a likeable film about a very likeable man that did some very nasty things to prolong his life.

The original Last House on the Left always manages to make me feel unclean. Also on Audition, when i first started watching that movie I was like, oh this is going to be a good romantic movie. I was so sure that everything was going ok that at the end I felt like I had been lied to. Good times.

Ah, my specialty! Well, if we're talking horror films anyways. I'd say pretty much any Troma film ever made can cover both of these catagories. Other than that:

Dead Alive is probably one of the goriest flicks out there so that should qualify as disgusting.

You want disturbing? I was recommended: A Serbian Film (yes that's the title) from a horror site that I post on regularly and all I did was read about it and I'm not going to watch it. Look it up. I was actually both disturbed and disgusted from it. That's disturbing for you! When you can't even watch the damn thing just from reading about it on wikipedia!

I was actually both disturbed and disgusted from it. That's disturbing for you! When you can't even watch the damn thing just from reading about it on wikipedia!

I did watch it and it's insane (There's necrophilia, pedophilia, incest, gore, etc.), but it's also extremely well made. I'd dare to say it's one of the best exploitation films of all time.

I loved the film! I think it gets a bad wrap because everyone hears about the gore, but it was generally a really uplifting story... besides a handful of cringe-worthy scenes and the really sad ending .

Same here, most people remember it for the nail-through-penis scene when it should be remembered as an uplifting memoir of an extremely brave man.

Bob Flanagan was also in the banned Nine Inch Nails videos. He's the guy in the torture chair for the Happiness in Slavery video, and yes, the scenes are real (except the penis smashing).
