The furry scene is the one with the guy in a bear suit doing something sexual to another guy? That part is so creepy.

It really is. And the way they stare straight at the camera too. You just get the feeling you saw something you aren't supposed to see.

What about the eye scene in Zombi 2? The lead up to it is what gets me the most.

The entire dinner scene in the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre really surprised/disturbed me when I finally saw it, even after I had seen so many of the films inspired by it.

There's a lot of great disturbing stuff in what I've seen of Jodorowsky's films, perhaps made more disturbing because they aren't appearing in a horror movie...

Some of the stuff in Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses was unsettling when I initially watched it, though now I can't remember/imagine what those scenes would have been.

I still think that the chest-bursting scene in the original Alien is expertly done, too...
