It doesn't require a question to be asked in order to use it. When you have to resort to trying to correct someone else's usage of English, it really diminishes whatever point you were trying to make.

But "what's his name" got it right. It's about fulfilling your contract and not backing out of obligations you are getting paid to do, not about not seeing boobs.
