BurningDoom mentioned most that I would, but we need to add:
Chakan The Forever Man GEN - hard as can be similar to Castlevania
WildCATS SNES - mediocre beat-em up
Spawn SNES - Platformer similar to the early Batman/Spider-Man games
Superman GEN - Platformer similar to the early Batman/Spider-Man games
Phantom 2040 SNES/GEN - metroidvania like
Turok N64 - FPS
Shadowman N64/PS1/DC
Prime SEGACD - a horrible beat-em up, but it has the comics on the CD. (art by my favorite artist Norm Breyfogle)
Cadillac and Dinosaurs ARCADE
Sam and Max Hit the Road PC - pure awesome
Aquaman GameCube - I have this game its not great but I love it because I'm one of the 3 Aquaman fans alive.
Iron Man/XO Manofwar PS1/GEN - Not a good game but I was a huge Valiant fan back in the day so I loved it.
Almost forgot SCUD PC/SAT - The PC port was great!

There are more, but these are the ones not mentioned worth looking into.

As for the Silver Surfer with a game genie it is quite fun... only with a game genie.
