Not a movie, but...

"Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, when I was dead broke, man, I couldn't picture this."
-Notorious B.I.G. in the song "Juicy"

Also the song "Castlevania" by U-N-I is pretty cool as far as rap about video games go.

Woah, I just watched that last night!

Yeah, we already have a topic for that and even a topic that covers The Last Starfighter.

But anyway;

Okay I haven't watched it for over 13 years, but I remember the name of it
Cloack & Dagger
Can't say anymore 'cause I don't remember anything but the videogame sequences and haven't even read the synopsis I just linked, but I was just thinking of getting it.
I'll second War Games.
Thirteenth Floor
City Hunter - hey, it's better than Street Fighter the movie...
I didn't like Tomb Raider, but I did like couple of the Resident Evil movies.
Silent Hill wasn't bad either if you ignore the ending.
Even Max Payne wasn't that bad.
Doom mostly Sucked.
Don't watch Super Mario Brothers or Double Dragon.
Also avoid the Chun-Li movie.
Tekken actually had some decent fight scenes, tho I never got into the plot and never saw the ending, so I can't say if it was good or bad.
Oh Yeah - Grandma's Boy is just awesome

OT stuff now:

Electric Dreams wasn't good, but slightly related and has some oldschool CG scenes.

Slightly OT, but I'm trying to remember the name of an 80's movie where these computer geeks scan a bunch of super model photos into their computer to make a cyborg/hologram have bigger tits and the green 3D wireframe screen representation of said tits grows and causes a computer glitch before she's made IRL. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

You're thinking of one of many john hughes classics, Weird Science.

Oh, and there was that crappy edward furlong movie, brain drain.

Also, Existence and i cant remember the name, but there was a straight to dvd horror movie starring malcolm in the middle about "what happens when the game...gets real."

On a stretch, you could also count lawnmower man vr scenes, the scene in Suburban Commando where hulk hogan goes apeshit on an arcade machine until a little white flag comes out the top, Bad Dudes in Parenthood, or the little kid in surf ninjas who had a game gear that told him the future, the fat dirty cop who got beat his face smashed through a coin-op machine by RoboCop in RoboCop 2, and there was a KICKIN' arcade in the shredder's hideout in teenage mutant ninja turtles, with free smokes!

Well you always have "The King of Kong" (WARNING: Incredibly biased and fact-twisting).

It's pretty decent up until they go into the church. It's all way downhill from there. Don't know why they had to suddenly deviate so radically from the game's story when they were following it pretty well up until then.
Don't watch Super Mario Brothers or Double Dragon.
For all the crap it gets, I genuinely, honestly enjoy the Super Mario Bros. movie.
