You're breaking a rule for selling games and services on the site. There is a 14 day minimum wait after creating your profile before you can offer to sell anything. And even then all items for sale must go in the B/S/T forum.

So you kind of are being dishonest and breaking the rules at the same time. But I would assume it is unintentional - you just haven't read any of the stickies on the site yet. You should contact a moderator and talk with them about where this thread should be and if you are allowed to post it.

EDIT: I feel obligated to say that I really dig the character design for the dog. If that was on a T-Shirt, my girl friend would demand one.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

The vid can be set to 720p, the default is set ti 240p. Just click on 240p and you'll see the options.

I did click on the 240p and the only options are the settings. I think you may have uploaded a high quality video but did not select the option to display the video in 720p on youtube. I'm not quite sure how youtube handles that, but the 720p option is definitely not showing up for me. Just a heads up :D

Ok, it was unintentional, so I'm sorry for any grievances caused. I do tend to read forum rules before posting so I don't know how I missed that one. And like I've said, I posted in the Marketplace first, then saw the PC board and thought it would be better to post here.. funny, the moderator actually removed my marketplace post and left this one in place, he even sent me a message about it. So I'm guessing he also thought the PC board would be better suited for it

Glad you like the character design.. Maybe I could talk to the guys about making merchandise... hmmm, first we will need to get a enough sales to become a phenomenon... Hey! maybe you can help us out!

You also missed the ones about titling threads and signature image sizes. I sent you a PM on these, please fix ASAP or I'll have to lock the thread.

Thanx for the PM :)

I'll be more than happy to share some info about us with you guys.
O.k, so we're Intergalactic Creations. A small independent game developer from South Africa.

Over the last 10 years we've released titles such as "Mutant Mushroom", "Dear Camy" and "Dear Camy2", these Camy titles were very basic, you play as the doggy character, collecting crystals and avoiding metal balls as they drop from above. The Dear Camy titles had a very nice addictive arcade feel to them with high scores being the main focus.
After a few years and experience in the games and animation industry we decided to bring out yet another Camy title, but this time we wanted to push it to the next level. We looked at all the games we loved from when we were young and tried to incorporate what we thought were the "cool" elements and adding a few of our own and obviously adding things that wasn't possible back then. But we kept to the essence of the original Camy and our roots as fans of "old school" games.
The game went through many stages and we ended up deciding for the scope of our story we'd like to have it be episodic with about 2 or 3 episodes covering the entire story. I think gamers will really like the way we put together our story and will really empathize with our main character.
I don't want to spoil the game for anyone interested so I won't divulge too much information about story and all the game elements available, but we really tried to push this game to be accessible to everyone, so beginners will get some training in the beginning and hardcore gamers will feel challenged.

As for the software we use, we used 3DsMax, Mudbox and Photoshop for graphics mostly. Our game engine was built from scratch by our programmer who also happens to be our Game Director.

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask... :D

This sums things up nicely.
