Hard to say, but if you are intending to play as it is - without any mods down the line, then keep the -3000 and get a DS lite, the DSi line never did it for me: no need for low-res camera, DSi Ware games are console-locked, and NO GBA slot.

I never liked the mushy buttons on the lite so I'd go with the Dsi.
Sure it doesn't have a GBA slot, but GBAs are cheap nowadays. Also, it has a larger screen and feels better when you are holding it since of the matte finish and reduction in thickness.
