Can we just acknowledge that you aren't excited and leave it at that until / unless you have something more substantial to add?
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

As for the soul of sega, its not a zombie, i mean comon have you played Yakuza 3 or sonic ds.
Ah, but I guess we do agree on some things then. Dreamcast is indeed an awesome console, and me too I still play her regularly. Going through Trickstyle with a friend right now. I'm actually proud of being a Dreamcast nut...

And yes, I have the first 3 Yakuza games and they rock. Sonic 4 and the ones on DS rock too. As does Valkyria Chronicles. That's why I said the meth girl still has that sparkle in her eyes every once in a while for a split second... ;)

You have to admit they lost a lot of their vigour over the past few years though. They used to be genuine hit wonders. Pushing out one hit after the other out of their extremely fertile loins. Now it's just a once-in-a-while thing...

Sniff, Sega hardware... Sniff...

Sorry, was I supposed to jump on the Nintendo love bandwagon too? Plus a ton of you are farting all over the 360/PS3, so I figured I'd take a fat dump on Nintendo. I'm not sold on the Wii U yet and probably won't ever really be unless a miracle happens. Once a Nintendo fanboy, but when that came to end it came to an end pretty hard.

Like I said earlier I'm cranky and missed a thousand posts here. What did I miss, some incredible E3 showing from Nintendo? Do they have an invincible lineup of launch titles coming for the Wii U or something? Is Zelda going sci-fi? All I'm seeing so far is that everything is backward compatible with the Wii, better hardware, and a touch screen controller. Nothing is really blowing my mind here. I'm not being sarcastic, please inform me on anything I've missed since you guys are all over this.

This is what I have been thinking since the presser. I understand the excitement, but take a second a consider just how powerful the Vita is regardless of how you feel about the format and Sony. I think the concept of using a screen in your hands with your tv screen could be great if the execution meets the promises, but I'm not eagerly awaiting for Nintendo to blow a load on my face.

I love all the developers, but I'm sticking to my PS3 for now. As their commercials say, it pretty much does everything I need from a media platform.

Meh.

Just saw this on front page of ign. Saw the controller. Saw the Zelda screen. Didn't even feel compelled to read the whole article.

Haven't even bought super mario galaxy 2 yet. Hell I'm still behind on nes games I want to play.

Good time to drop out of being up on the current gen happenings I think.

This is a comment I found on Youtube:
At Nintendo:

"We are running out of ideas!"
"Lol I know, let's attach a tablet to a console"
"lmfao, are you serious?"
"Yep, they will buy it"
"lmao, let's do it!"
ROFLMSFAO !!!

PS This is the link to the Youtube video: Nintendo Wii U Demo Presentation
