if it was shipped UPS, it was definitely "knocked around." file a claim, get a new one. they usually just pay for stuff like that.

As much grief as everyone gives them, I've still been much happier with the USPS than UPS or FedEx and their rates are usually better.

You're right about Fedex being better, but at least MS doesn't use DHL for the repairs. My buddy got a 360 off the Microsoft Retail Zone where they ship via DHL, and he received an empty box. He opened the box in front of the manager, and he said you could tell someone had opened and sealed it back up. Obviously someone had stolen it along the way, but the manager made him go through the typical claims bullshit. Luckily MS believed him and sent him a new one through another shipping company.

That reminds me of a couple of weeks ago. I saw a girl in a yellow shirt that says "SHIT HAPPENS" and on the back was a big DHL logo . It must have been a DHL employee since I saw her with a few boxes; I had a good laugh at that one.
