Is it worth getting?
any one ever used this vga adapter for the 64?
It won't look any better than S-Video (best case scenario)
It just converts the signal -- only useful if you only have a VGA monitor to play it on.
The Dreamcast (and I think the 360) are the only consoles to support native VGA.

I have this, it's not that good, everything on it looks fuzzy, a/v cables give out the worst clarity.

Signal converters suck ass. I have one that will take any s-video input and convert it to vga. The quality is dreadful. There just isn't enough data in the signal to do a decent job without upscaling. You would be better off getting a stand-alone a/v upscaler. At least then when/if you upgrade to a HDTV you can then upscale everything on the TV. (btw if you're going to get one, make sure it has vga out. or see if your monitor can handle DVI)
