Awesome thread - I'm a huge webcomic fan.. So many great suggestions here, and a ton I haven't ever heard of! Thanks..

Three I see omitted from the list that I'd love to recommend:

Awesome gaming webcomic about a guy who worked at, (and now owns) a game store. If I hadn't already been following Penny Arcade religiously when I found this, I'd have considered this the best gaming comic out there!

Very raunchy, and often politically incorrect, but man is it well-written and very hilarious! Beware of copious amounts of chauvinism, political incorrectness, and the occasional pop culture irreverence.

- DSWC - http://www.cvrpg.com/comics/dswc.php?arch=dswc&page=1
Started as a Castlevania sprite webcomic, but at some point began to include other characters from other games. The offbeat humor remained intact, however. If you're a 'Vania fan, you owe it to yourself to check this one out!

Ctrl Alt Del is one of the worst comics out there. The "artist" is hardly an artist at all, and cannot write. I wont say I haven't laughed at any of his comics, there are one or two that are actually funny. But the rest are just trying to show how 'h4rdk0r3' the writer is about gaming, or he just goes off on tangents that are retarded (house fire and miscarriage, anyone?).

Plus, it doesn't help that Buckley is a tremendous asshole.

That's your opinion. I felt that he handled the miscarriage situation well, while yeah, some of the other stuff is stupid. But when you have an overly stupid main character, you have to do something with that.

Personally, I found Ctrl+Alt+Del to be a great comic. You want to see a terrible artist or comic? Go pretty much anywhere on the internet.

Yeah, I'm not going to defend the artist and say he never wrote a piece or storyline that didn't make me laugh, but I still maintain my opinion that its a pretty awesome comic to follow..

I mean c'mon, a comic that has retarded tangents and occasionally makes no sense..? Have you ever picked up a DC book..??

Ctl-Alt-Del is pretty dumb, its counter part Penny Arcade (which I view as practically being the exact same comic), is a little funnier in my opinion. Either way, I don't really read them.

Ctl-Alt-Del is pretty dumb, its counter part Penny Arcade (which I view as practically being the exact same comic), is a little funnier in my opinion. Either way, I don't really read them.

You kinda hit it on the head there, C+A+D is a direct ripoff of Penny Arcade, among other things. Buckley even acknowledges it in the 2nd or 3rd comic. Maybe it's the first, I can't remember. The guy can't come up with anything original. Not even his own logo. It's ripped directly from Red Dwarf's Cat character.

Plus, the biggest thing like I mentioned is that it's a well known fact Buckley is a cock.

A valid point, but it still stands that Ctrl Alt Del is a shitty webcomic. Some people like it, sure. It's still a shitty webcomic.
