Put me down as a third. I used to always wear running shoes as my daily-wear shoes, with a separate pair of running shoes to actually use for running. After they were broken in, I could usually tie them once and just slip them on and off.
Last year, though, my wife got tired of me wearing such huge shoes, so she wanted me to get some Converse AllStars for my birthday. I enjoy wearing them, but I have to tie them every time. They don't just slip on and off like my big, boat-like running shoes.
Oh, and if anyone is wondering what shoes I actually use for running, I wear Reebok Classic Runners. They're cheap (about $20) and I don't have any special foot-needs, like heavy arch support.
