Whats with the triangles on Nintendo game spines?

I was looking in Toys R US today and I noticed that PlayGround DS had a yellow triangle.

Language choice seems like a reasonable suggestion though, and it would explain why they are not on US games. I'll have to load up the games and see what different options the different games have got

I think diehllane is right. I read a question like this a year ago, and I remember it had something to do with the languages in the game.
