That is such a pain in the ass, so I just bought another PSP. I have a PSP for each of my regional PSN accounts. It is so much easier.

I also use my PSP as a Skype Phone. Try it!

If you have the -3000, the microphone is already built-in at the bottom of the screen.

Otherwise you will need to track down the PSP headsets that have been discontinued for earlier models.

WooHoo! A 3000 is what I have. Bye Bye cell phone (or not)!

Check it out 8)

And don't update your firmware ever again until you are absolutely sure that you know what you're giving up.

OOh!, I have a idea. Can you download the PSN games through your PS3 or Computer? That might be a workaround for putting them onto your PSP without worrying about what account you are using. I think you still have to register the PSP with the PS3 or PC, but otherwise the account it comes from shouldn't matter.
Your idea didn't work. The games are still registered to the account they were downloaded from.

I did get the homebrew working, though! I tried SNES9X first....blah! Terrible! I just tried F-Zero and Gradius III. Way too slow. From what I've been reading, other emulators are good. I'll try maybe Mega Drive or PC Engine next (if there is one).

Oh, I've eyed that up before in Japan, along with the Konami packs. It is a bit pointless, though, since I've got Super Star Soldier and Soldier Blade already downloaded from the PSN. The other two aren't on there (yet), but I can live without them for now. I do love Final Solider... Maybe the PCE emulator will be good, if there is one? I own the damn games anyway!

So do I, but to be honest, the SNES one is messed up on most games (also on the PSP) and the Genesis one's resolution is TERRIBLE and also has a lot of graphical glitches. The PCE one is ok, but the sound is pathetic. NES is good.

So far on the PSP I have tried the SNES one (slow...), Genesis (pretty good!) and PC Engine (PCEP083 is better, HuGo isn't so great on the PSP) (good, but some games have glitches (ie. Air Zonk)).

There are a bunch of different SNES emulator versions. Which one are you using and what is the version?

I haven't played a lot of SNES games on the PSP but the ones that I did play seem to be fine (Super Mario RPG most recently).

The newest version of SNES9X for the PSP. All the SNES emulators I've seen are just different ports of 9X. Do you know of other emulators?
