Anyone interested in Japan?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

But well.
I will get there next year anyway.
If you really want to go I can talk to her about trying to get a plane ticket from Germany to Japan, It may not get there at the same time as everyone else but you would be with the group. Which part of Germany?

My wife and I intend to honeymoon in Japan at some point. I can't wait to see the web site. I hope there are some open packages with freedom to do stuff outside of tours, because I spent 10 months in Japan and know all sorts of cool places the tours probably wouldn't cover (Koenji PAL, Kichijouji, etc).

That's sweet! What will you be doing? That's how I hope to live there, A friend of mines parents have a sushi restaurant in Nagoya and when I was there they had a ton of customers coming to see the giant foreigner.....Maybe I can get a job as a freak :D

I just talked to my friend and she said that she could get you there for the same price if you wanted to go.

She said that she intends to do open packages, But also have a off the beaten path tour that goes to the country and off the obscure places not many people know about. Let me know when you intend to go with your wife and I'll see what she can do for you.

And how long is the flight from the US?
The flight is around 14 hours, I know it sounds long but they feed you CONSTANTLY and the movies are free and first run. When I get off the plane I'm well rested and usually stay up all night at the arcade in the mall at Narita or the 24 hour toy and game thrift store :D :D :D :D .

Right now I'm trying to work out a special price for people I know and you guys on here, Normally it's $4995. I may be able to get that price down to as low as $4200 or $4300 (If I still get the $ and the lower price I can give back $100 or $200 to anyone on here going) depending on the amount of people I get to go. The only catch is the flight goes out of CVG which is in Kentucky, But I can help anyone get there from anywhere you live and if you get there a day before the trip I can show you around Cincinnati.

If you really want to see japan this is a great opportunity and I will pay to go along if ANY of you go, I will also rent a car when I get there like I do everytime and we can all break from the group and explore some off the path places (The cosplay girl cafe  LOL) and shops. Japan is really that wacky and fun :D

Let me get this straight...although you are paying for this trip, but you are kind of giving us a free trip Japan, so pretty much we all paying for is just a flight to Kentucky...right?

 I'm a nice guy, But not THAT nice! If I could afford to pay for you all I would, But I am willing to give my bonus $$ to anyone going which would get you back $100 to $200. When I go on my own to Japan I end up spending around $7-8000 on everything, So this is a great deal to me.

I'm sure that's a good deal, but I'm gonna have to do a lot of earning and saving to pull that off :)

I have my friend here now, She says that she will make a Racketboy tour just for you guys with a special price if enough of you want to go. She also wanted me to tell you that the special tour could include Akihabara and Yokohama (Which was my idea to see all of the Shen Mue locations :D ).
