Frankly, Enslaved, Majin and the last Tales game I played are all pretty mediocre. I don't think I really give a crap what Namco does at this point

If you want to encourage a company to make more of a certain type of game, you should buy more games of that certain type (new, not used), regardless of the company producing it.

When people started buying Call of Duty like crazy, Activision wasn't the only company that got the picture. In much the same way, if people start buying a game that played like Tales, Namco might see that it wouldn't be such a bad idea.

The problem is that no one is making games like this, so you really can't do jack fucking squat at this point. This is, easily, one of the most oversaturated, low-variety era of video games, and sadly, 99% of the gamers out there are more than satisfied with that.
