@ Bacteria: Are you unable to use torrents because of your IP or something? Or do you just not wanna mess around with them? If it's the later, I do understand your grief. And if so, you should check out Underground Gamer. You really never have to worry about downloading trojans or malicious software of any kind. You never have to worry about bad rips and corrupt files or any of that nonsense. The only thing you have to worry about is keeping up with a ratio (which isn't hard - I could give you tips). If you ever want an invite, just PM me! (This is not an advertisement that I'm giving out invites to UG. Please, no one else PM looking for invites, you will not get one. Post in this thread if you're looking for one - don't PM me).

I don't know if I was the only one who didn't know what FBA was. After a little googling, I discovered that it's Final Burn Alpha.

Because torrents are a good way to spread malware, keyloggers, etc. I have used them in the past, and sometimes got trojan alerts, so since then kept away from torrents.

Only if you use public torrents. Use private torrents from places like What.cd, Underground Gamer, Bitgamer etc and they're all verified by the community. 99.9% safe. Seriously though, FBA-XXX isn't going to contain malware since it's an ISO and you can't even open that by default on a windows system.

Solution to your problem would be to just do all torrenting in a virtual windows as a sandbox and only copy files across when you know they're safe.
