What's your username mean?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Awesome story J T.

Me? I had to come up with a new e-mail address a long time ago. I liked Yoshi, Yoshis lay eggs, and my favorite baseball player was/is Derrek Lee, who wore 25 with the Cubs. YoshiEgg25!

I've also used a couple of others online. mlbfanmj2 is put together from MLB (Major League Baseball) fan, then my first and middle initial. The 2 is because AOL deleted my first account and I liked this one better. And I used Elwood on one site (which is no longer there), because I love the Blues Brothers and that was earlier this year when my band played and my friend and I dressed like the Blues Brothers. :D
Gaming accomplishments:
Nibbler (marathon): 251,169,160 / Nibbler (one life): 5,263,360 (WR)
Donkey Kong: 423,100 [L12-1] (150th place as of 2019-01-15)
Super Smash Bros. (N64): Ranked top 5 in Wisconsin from Q1 2016 to Q2 2017
Shrek SuperSlam: won largest tournament in game's history (Shrekfest 2018)

When I was about 13 I was doodling on my notepad in school and drew an alien. Then I decided to draw loads of aliens in different costumes, like a rasta alien and a punk alien and stuff. Eventually I drew an alien jesus, and thats kinda where my name came from.

My name would've been PirahnaGoldfish, which is a little fish logo I used to hide in every piece of artwork I did, but man, that takes too damn long to type.

I've never actualy used any name except Alienjesus online.

Black mages kick some major ass yo, we just can't take a beating.

I was obsessed with doing bm runs on FF1 for a while so that is where that stems from.

I'm just too lazy to make up another name at the moment.

My username is a portmanteau of the words Retro and Protozoa. No special story behind it. Almost went with my college nickname, Beartruck, created during a game where a roommate and I slurred each others names to an increasing extent(Eric to Bearic to Beartruck).

Found the other similar newer Original Post. Both are great threads!

Whats the meaning behind your Avatar and or User Name?

I see some very different and creative names and avatars in these forums. And I always wondered, what is some of the meanings and reasons behind them? I thought this could get interesting. My avatar is my favorite character for my favorite game series MGS. There was something very mysterious and fascinating about The End. And my user name minus the 619 is a nickname that people used to called me. I always kinda hated it but it stuck through the years and have grown to accept it. Kind of like a person who accepts his daily beating, I guess.

Maybe combine the two similar Threads?
Racketboy could change the OP title to include Avatar question?

Here's mine again, including what the Avatar is.
