OMG! Now that's a crossover I like! It has an awful lot of potential, me want! The screenies just scream "cool" from the top of their lungs!
I always thought Profesor Layton was cool even if I have never played it and Phoenix Wright is just Phoenix Wright.

Oh man, that makes me think about a crossover for my two favorite Nintendo franchises. What if Mario and Donkey Kong had a crossover!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Hate to tell you this, Yoshi, but if your sarcasm detector didn't go apeshit on that post, you need to buy a new one.YoshiEgg25 wrote:I really hope this is a joke.Limewater wrote:Oh man, that makes me think about a crossover for my two favorite Nintendo franchises. Re: Best. Crossover. EVER.
It did. It just seemed like a really weird place to put that, especially since I don't think anyone mentioned that they were their two favorite series. I was only going to post the first line, but I honestly had no idea what to make of it after I thought about it.Ack wrote: Hate to tell you this, Yoshi, but if your sarcasm detector didn't go apeshit on that post, you need to buy a new one.

Haha! You've never played any of the games in the series, then. Nobody who was beaten one of the Layton games would be complaining about story.irixith wrote:Layton can die in a fire. He's so boring and ill-fitting

Guys, I have never played either an Ace Attorney game, or Professor Layton game.
I've been wanting to, now this seems like the perfect reason to do so, I want to see what all the positiveness is about.
I feel like I'm missing something.

I've played through all the DS ones that have been released here, and I have to say, they're about as interesting as watching paint dry. The story is flat, and Layton has about as much personality as a paper bag. It boggles my mind that it would be crossed over with anything!lisalover1 wrote:Haha! (I gave the whole series a chance because everyone kept telling me it was the cats ass.) For whatever reason, the game just doesn't tickle me at all.

Well, to each his own, I guess. I loved the series, and thought the story and characters were great.irixith wrote:I've played through all the DS ones that have been released here, and I have to say, they're about as interesting as watching paint dry.
