Seriously. This game is Square's answer to the Bionic Commando revival. They are going one-for-one with Capcom on ruining once-great franchises.
If this game does even moderately well I will eat my hat.

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Re: Front mission evolved
Im expecting the game to be enjoyable to play but I know it wont be perfect.
Im to much of a Front Mission fan to let this go, but at the same time theres that "well, it can be any worse than Gundam Crossfire". For all we know, Double Helix could make a patch on this game in the future to fix some issues in the game or I would think so online.
Side Note: I know Gundam Crossfire gets flack, and its not a perfect game, but to me its not that terrible either. Theres one thing about gundam games ive learned, after about 20 to 30 minutes of play, i get hooked and adapted to the controls and it becomes fun for me. It seems most gundam games are like that such as Journey to Jaburo (i know now that controls at the time are garbage), Zeonic Front and Gundam vs Zeta Gundam and Encounters in Space. If you give it a little time and get through the pain at first, it becomes not that bad.

Re: Front mission evolved
Game is mediocre, with a cringe-worthy storyline that's beyond cliched. Double Helix devs apparently spent too many hours playing PS1 games growing up
Oh, and Pia Simpson is the most annoying bitch in a 7th gen videogame. And I'm fairly certain they made her that way on purpose, the pricks.
