Cabal (ARC/NES)
NAM-1975 (NEO)
Wild Guns (SNES)
Dynamite Duke (GEN)
The Punisher (NES)

These may not be exactly what you are looking for, but I consider them at least related to rail shooters like Panzer Dragoon and Sin & Punishment. In addition, Wild Guns and NAM-1975 are incredibly awesome.

EDIT: Also, Star X for the GBA. It rips off Star Fox pretty hard, but it is kind of cool having a 3D game on your GBA.

I actually bought Iridion 3D a few weeks ago.
Thanks everyone. I'll add these to the list.

Although its not like Panzer or Sin & Punishment, Killer 7 has rail shooter type elements to it.

iS: Internal Section: Like a cross between Rez and Tempest. Import PSX title.

Omega Boost: From Polyphony Digital, the makers of Gran Turismo. Control a mech in space. Late PSX title so it is very good looking.

Soul Star -Sega CD
Galaxy Force II -Arcade, Genesis, Saturn, PS2 (JPN only)

I would not put NAM 1975 (Neo Geo) on this list at all.

I also guess I could recommend the FMV rail shooters to you, but when Sewer Shark is pretty much the best of the lot... maybe that's not such a good idea. There are also other rail shooters I could name for you, but I don't really recommend them. Star Blade I guess?

These are a bit different, but what about light gun games? They are rail shooters as well. Virtua Cop, Time Crisis, House of the Dead...fun stuff!

I really enjoyed StarBlade on the 3DO. I think that there's a Sega CD and PS1 port as well.
