Now that it has been released does anyone have any impressions of it?? I still haven't found it in my area and neglected to pre-order it from a website so I will continue to try to find it tomorrow. Then I will give you guys my review!

Would you like to do a full review for the front page?PharmaceuticalCowboy wrote:Now that it has been released does anyone have any impressions of it?? A comparison to the original would be nice

In what ways? Most gaming sites are blocked while I'm at work...Mozgus wrote:Well Yuji Naka's quoted fears seem to be coming true, according to the early reviews. It just doesn't live up to the original or do it justice, and IGN even said they'd have preferred the nostalgia to be left alone, intact. That's basically what Yuji said he wanted to do.

What gets me is Yuji naka siad he only would want to see a NiGHTS sequel if it did more than just update the graphics, taking the game play to a new level. The reviews seem to indicate that the game play is no different from what the original was like, and in some places WORSE. He also once stated about thinking the Wii would be the perfect console for a new NiGHTS, yet there is no decent motion controls in this Wii game at all.
Sigh.
Sigh.
That's exactly what I was getting it. I'd really love to hear what he has to say now.GagaMan wrote:What gets me is Yuji naka siad he only would want to see a NiGHTS sequel if it did more than just update the graphics, taking the game play to a new level.
