What are the best Sega Genesis/Megadrive Racing games?

Off the top of my head...

OutRun 2019. Outstanding graphics, but I don't remember much of anything else about it. However, OutRunners was better than OutRun in every measurable respect.

Super Monaco GP is also really good, but a little bit to dense, even for experienced players.

I can't remember but was The Duel Test Drive on Genesis as well? I know it was on SNES and was very fun. +1 on Rock n Roll Racing! I haven't played it in a while but I rememebr it being very fun! I think it was even said to be better than the SNES version?
