Games you remember playing but never knew the title 2

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Actually I've heard there were quite a few Gauntlet clones... can't remember most of em... does a game called Shackled ring any bells??? :?
Pretty sure it wasn't Gauntlet 2 -- it had a very different theme.
And Shackled doesn't look close either....

Are you offering a reward for any information that leads to the identification of this game?

I remember a arcade fighting game with some what SD fighters.
The title opens with a guys hand bumping a rock plate with some writing on it. He hits it onne, he hits its twise, and on the third hit he breaks the slab and the title pops out.

the camera sits over the fighters heads at an angle, displaying a crowed of people surrounding the fighters. I remember one guy swinging a metal ball with a chain attatched to it. The dude had a must-ash and a purple suit on i think.

Does this game sound familiar to anyone out there?

It was kinda like Gauntlet where it was a top-down, attack enemies, kind keys to doors, etc
But I remember a big forest area and if I remember right the was this enemy that was like a hugh bunch of trees coming to attack you.

I only played it once at a Little Caesers pizza place in Okemos, MI, but it's stuck in my memory...
Crack Down? Gain Ground?
