If I remember correctly I lied about my age to get on pay pal, no harm done.

You could always try and find someone you trust who has a paypal account and give them the cash and let them pay for whatever it is you're buying.

when I was your age I just had to buy local a few years later (17-18) I got a bank account and started sending out to people and finally a few years back I got paypal (love it!)

Or easiest solution (which I recommended for my 14 year old cousin), bike to a local safeway or something like that, buy a prepaid visacard, and use that credit card to pay online.

Worked worders for him back then.
