I'm 15. And for security reasons my Mom refuses to shop online so I cant get a teen account through her.
If a site allows Money orders thats ok.

What's funny is that it's probably more dangerous to send money orders than to just go ahead and pay with PayPal.

My mom is awesome, by the way, but just doesn't get along well with technology. I have her paying bills online and texting now so that is a big step! Most people I know can't tell the difference between a popup and a system message. That's just scary.
