While the Turbografx can play PC Engine HuCards with a converter, it does not work the other way around. The PC Engine (or Supergrafx) MUST be physically modified to play Turbografx HuCards.
So, for ever game you would need a Supergrafx, Super CD-ROM² (or CD-ROM² plus the adapter to connect it to the Supergrafx) and an Arcade Card (either Pro or Duo is fine if you use the Super CD-ROM²).![]()
May I ask what the difference is between an Arcade PRO and DUO card?
And I wouldn't want to mod a rare-ass Supergrafx anyway.

Arcade Pro card is used in non super CD-rom attachments to paly arcade card cd-rom games. A arcade duo card is, of course used used for any super cd-rom attachment or PC-engine "DUO" system, Turbo Duo with a convertor.
