Well right off the bat I can tell you that you'll need a 16-bit adapter for Genesis and some SNES games.

You don't need that entire package. You only need the top piece and one bottom piece. Also, for THOSE adapters you need to get another adapter for the GQ-4x for the extra address wires. But, I think MCUmall makes a new TSOP adapter that works on the 4x with out the need for the extra adapter.

But what I was referring to was a 16-bit adapter for 16-bit EPROMs. You'll need one for Genesis carts and some SNES carts as well.

thanks for the advice... so by your post i should get:
programmer:
True-USB PRO GQ-4X Willem Programmer Light Pack

For TSOPs (two boards right):
ADP-082 TSOP40A TSOP40B 2in1 for Willem Family
TSOP40A: MBM29LV002ST/SB ,MBM29LV002TC/BC ,MBM29LV002TA/BA , MBM29LV004 , MBM29LV008, MBM29LV016 ,MBM29LV017 , MBM29LV080 , MBM29F002ST/SB , MBM29LV016 ,Am29LV004 , Am29LV002 ,Am29LV008;AM29F002ST/SB,AM29F004X,AM29F008X,AM29F16X,AM29F032X ,SST39VF080
TSOP40B: MBM29F017A , MBM29F016A , MBM29F080 , 28F008SA , 29F004S5 , 29F032 ,Am29F080 , Am29F016B , Am29F016 , Am29F017B , Am29F065MU, M29F032

ADP-077 TSOP 20mm adapter set top ZIF board
This base board is for TSOP32,TSOP40,TSOP48 20mm body width chips. It works with a any TSOP adapter base board.

For eproms 16bit
ADP-054 16 Bit EPROM 40/42 pin ZIF adapter V3 for Willem :It has on board both DIP40 and DIP42 ZIF sockets and 2 PLCC44 sockets on board. So that be able to support both DIP and PLCC package 16 bit EPROMs easily.
Device supported on ZIF socket:
27C1024,27C2048, 27C4096,27C210,27C2002,27C4002,27C400, 27C800, 27C160, 27C322.
The adaptor set also includes 42 pin EPROM address wires for all 32 pin ZIF Willem programmer. For GQ-4X does not need address wires.

the rest of eproms that i should use are covered by the device itself, right? (genesis, nes and snes projects)
