They haven't respected Michael Jackson at all after he died.

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

it doesn't. I was mainly talking about the people who handle his estate and legacy who will throw all that PR crap about remembering MJ and stuff, and then license shit like this

http://kotaku.com/5563519/there-is-a-ne ... ckson-game

yeah haven't seen the game, but it's Ubisoft Casual.... the guys who brought us Petz and Rayman Raving Rabbids after the first (don't know if the last one was actually any good, got burned too much from 2 and 3 to be willing to give it a chance)

I loved Bad and Thriller when I was a kid but yeah, everything after that sucked hardcore. And he is a molester. I am sure he used cream on his skin, at least Sammy Sosa admits to it rather than pretending it is something else.

Apparently MJ did do work for the music on Sonic 3, but it was redone by someone else because of the child molesting thing. Where did you get the bit about "not wanting his name on Sonic 3 because of a subpar soundchip"? Did you just make that up?

did I say something bad about your mother or are you just that immature that you attack people for no reason?

I got that info from this article

http://kotaku.com/5418198/yes-michael-j ... hedgehog-3

but I hadn't read the update, and only saw it now that I searched for it again. So I could be wrong.

and about your last comment, yeah money makes for better parenting you are sooooo right.
I called BS on it because I thought it was BS, and you still haven't proved me wrong with the article you cited (but thanks for citing it, because it does show that this information came from somewhere). This acticle brings into question the claims that you made in the first post, which is what I was basing my thinking from. That the music that appeared in Sonic 3 was actually the tracks that MJ write is still NOT confirmed. All that's confirmed is that MJ had something to do with the music. As for the money thing, I simply disagree with you on that issue and expressed that. I feel that making sure a child is well cared for is more important than seeing a man who committed a crime against that child in jail, as long as that man is not a current thread to the child. I didn't call you names, so I ask that you don't do likewise.

Just in case you guys didn't know the kid who told the media he was sexually abuse by MJ denied all that after his death. His parents made him do it for money. He even committed suicide for feeling so bad about it. :(

Please stop judging MJ. Nobody is perfect.

Just my view on this. It wasn't just one allegation of child molestation. On a side note, Molestation is Mole station.

I do like the older songs, especially Thriller but:

Parents should have been put in jail, nothing innocent about having your kid sleep in the same room, let alone the same bed with a middle aged man who is also a complete stranger. Celebrity or not its too weird, stupid fame seeking parents. "This is it" should be just that.

I didn't know that - so I went and read up on it. Thanks for the info. I'll retract the certainty from my "man who fucked little boys" comment, as I'm now just unsure.

Of course we can judge him We can judge his music (shitty in the last 15 years) and we can judge his personal life (he was a creep). You've made me change my view on whether or not he definitely raped kids, but was still far too intimate with kids.

Breetai wrote:Because the children's fathers (see the plural?) are not you and do not think like you do. A few million US dollars is more than enough money to secure a good future for a child. Which makes a better parent; to vindictively want a man who committed a crime behind bars, or to know that your child's future is as secure as possible? You have already given your answer.
As a father of two children, this statement is absolutely nuts. You know what's more important than financial security that may or may not have been adequate without potentially extorting someone? Making sure a fucking pedophile doesn't molest children ever again!

And to dsheinem: Clearly you're an opinionated person and there's nothing inherently wrong with that. You go beyond opinion sometimes by aggressively presenting opinion as fact, as shown by your retraction. Never mind how crudely you chose to do so. Perhaps the topic's use of the word "respect" opened the door to criticize him as a person, but the content within clearly referenced his music. His performance as a musician in the 90's is relevant - his personal life is not.
