Pathetic effort by the Flyers tonight. Seems like both teams egos get in the way once they win, which allows the other team to fight back just to get big heads themselves.

Agreed. The hockey was just as bad as in game one. Hopefully a shift back to Philadelphia will right the Flyers ship. They do play better on the verge of elimination...

A pretty solid start - good hockey on both sides. I'm hoping Philly can pull this out and then win another one in game seven...

Ugh I hate when they constantly say "is Philly tired?", but I am worried that they actually do look tired. Like having trouble making it to the end of periods. Hope they get a jump in the 3rd.

And that's a wrap. Congrats Chicago.

Is it too early to predict Chicago vs Pittsburgh next year? :P

On and on it goes...

Well, give kudos to the Blackhawks for ending their cup drought, and now you ask when will the Maple Leafs do the same?

Granted that this summer will not be easy for the Blackhawks with their tight salary cap, they got the job done. Flyers fans should rejoice for hard work they done throughout the playoffs - the real question is who's the starter for next year?

For now, let the Windy City have its moment, did anyone see JR choke up on the post-game?

The next BIG thing will be the Draft that will happen in a couple of weeks, so stay tuned, cuz you never know what could happen then...

I bet that ticket makes the Stanley Cup taste terrible...

In all seriousness, two hardworking teams and a great push by both. Congrats to Patrick Sharp and the Hawks and great job by the Flyers. See you next season.

You gotta admit, winning in overtime is the classy way to do it. No 7-4 blowout for their victory game.

The goal left me feeling cheated since I had no clue what happened until they showed the replay I didn't get the jumping celebration moment when he scored. Although I'm happy they won.
Can't say EA has a curse for their NHL franchise since their cover boy scored the Cup clinching goal!
