Hey man did you ever find a remote for your CD-i. My CD-i is broken only power up but the lens mechanism seems to be broken. It's a Magnavox 550 but it doesn't have a remote receiver but I do have the remote. Don't know if it works but you can have it if you want to pay postage, would be regular air mail could take a few weeks. Or if you don't want the CD-i and it does work I could probably buy it from you since I have several games for it and never been able to play them.
