The electric quarter ones look very close to the ones i linked to on nintendorepairhut

I actually emailed them and they are sending me out one of their high end actual screwdrivers at no charge, which surprised me, they have good customer service. I'll test it out and see if it works. If not i may go to the electric quarter stuff. Has anyone had a BAD experience with those bits? do they actually LAST?
the newelectronics one i linked too looked interesting
http://www.newelectronx.com/proddetail. ... mm-gamebit
but i guess no ones tried those?
btw, is it just me or do genesis carts seem to fight you when you put them back together? NES carts were smooth as butter, but genesis ones never seemed to want to go in straight
the newelectronx ones are great and last over time and nintendorepairhut is crap because they dont fit way down into the cart and sometimes the teeth are miss formed. if you use some of these bits you will have to cut the hole in the cart to make them fit, so watch out for that. thinkgeek looks like they are from Taiwan or foreign made or something. no substance in those bits at all
it cheaper, at least i found getting the 100 set from newelectronx with the gamebits and add the handle - all for free shipping is cheaper. all under $20 bucks... if i remember correctly

ive used those bit and they claim they wont strip out, but i dont use mine in a drill. i always use a hand screwdriver... if you use a drill then they might strip out, but there is nothing you can do about the miss formed ones, they suck from the beginning. but if you get some good ones with great teeth on the head then make sure you use a handheld screwdriver, that is how they normally last. if you have too try a lower powered hand held motorized drill, but dont expect to the bits to last on high speed LOL
anyways found this commercial or ad for the aforementioned company, hope it helps
