If Gamestop's anything like like Gamestation and GAME over here in the UK then you should advise them to stop putting retro stuff right on the bottom shelves. I literally have to get on my hands and knees like a fucking animal to look at the stuff.

Good call. Individual letters are generally more effective because of a personal touch. I'm not so sure e-mail is the best choice. I don't know if it's directly comparable, but I know that for politicians, one physical letter is worth twenty e-mails.
