Never seen em. I do like John Stewart, though. Daily Show and Colbert report came into existence when I was living overseas, so I never really had a chance to see them since I lived in a place that didn't broadcast those shows.

Wait how long have you lived away from the US? The Daily Show has been on since 1996. I am of the minority that perferred Craig Kilborn.hashiriya1 wrote:MrPopo wrote:Not a fan of The Daily Show or The Colbert Report either, I take it.hashiriya1 wrote:South Park was funny after the first couple of years, now it's just the same crap over and over again. Craig made one of the stupidest ego driven decisions ever. I loved his 5 Questions, and when the show featured more sports. Oh well, Stewart "and his 600 writers" did take it to another level.pepharytheworm wrote: Wait how long have you lived away from the US? The Daily Show has been on since 1996. Really? That's beyond interesting.pepharytheworm wrote:^
A political one.
I've always been fed that Kilborn left because he thought he would be the new lead in to Letterman.

I'm not big on politics, so I don't always tune into the Daily Show or Colbert Report, but when I do catch them they're pretty hilarious. They did a fake fight with Colbert, Stewart and Conan O Brien during the writers strike that was kind of funny too. A bit silly, but entertaining

I stopped really caring about South Park when it started getting up its own ass with the preaching and point making.
They've gotten much better about that recently, but I still find it pretty boring nowadays.
I do still catch it once in a while, but that's mostly because my friend still really enjoys the show and always insists that one new episode or another will change my mind about it.
South Park's golden years are long past.
I still like the older episodes though. Pure gold in the early days.
Its funny though, whenever people visit us from out of state, they're always stunned when I tell them that South Park is a real town. Their first question: "Have you been there?" Yes. Second question: "Is it just like in the show?" Ha, you wish.
