Chances are the discs are Hong Kong pirated. ESRB rating logos are not even used on older games such as the PS1.peyton77 wrote:Bootlegs were the first thing that crossed my mind.
These CDs don't have the black backs. However, on the back of each disk, in the center - in tiny font - it has the name of the game printed. "Final Fantasy 9 -- D1 [Disk 1]" To me, that seems professionally done, but I'm not sure if anyone burning game disks and selling at the flea market can do that. Maybe they can. Perhaps someone can inform me.

You would be surprised how accurate over seas copies look.
You need a chipped PS1,
or PC Connectix PS1 EMU,
or Bleem for PC or Dreamcast,
or buy legitimate real PS1 games.

Look at all the fakes. Customs will be delighted to see you.

Even Mickey and Minnie Mouse gets into the act.
No DVD case means more can fit on pirate peg hook.
